If a patients condition is stable, herbal refills will be filled without a consultation for the cost of the formula and an Herbal Preparation Fee of $8 (more for large formulas).

If an herbal formula is indicated the cost will be in addition to listed prices

Payment is due at time of service.  Cash, check, Mastercard and Visa are accepted

AA&HC currently does not file insurance claims but can provide you with a receipt containing diagnostic and procedure codes which you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.  Please consult with your insurance provider prior to treatment

AA&HC reserves the right to charge for appointments cancelled without 24 hours advance notice

There will be a $15 fee for each returned check.  After a 3 month grace period all unpaid balances are subject to a 12% annual interest rate (1% per month)
