The clinic is located just north of Hayden Ave. on Government Way in Hayden Idaho.  The town of Hayden, ID is located directly north of Coeur d’Alene, ID off Hwy 95.  

Directions from I-90:

            Take Hwy 95 (Exit 12 towards Sandpoint) and go north 4 miles

            Turn Right (east) on Hayden Ave and go one block

            Turn Left (north) on Government Way and the clinic will be on the Left
